Return Eligibility

Full-Price Items (no discounts applied): Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Sale or Discounted Items (including first-order or brand promos): Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on collection pages.
To qualify for a return, all items must be:

To initiate a return, either email us at info@twotwenty-three.com or manage your return through our self service portal here for instructions and a return label. Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures faster turnaround and product availability.
Price Adjustments
Because of the exclusive nature of our assortment and limited stock levels, we are unable to offer price adjustments on prior purchases. The best way to ensure size availability and secure the piece you love is to purchase at the time of release. We appreciate your understanding and your trust in our tightly edited collection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is not right, such as a defect, incorrect item, or damage in transit, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
European Union Customers
Customers in the EU are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. EU-based orders may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the return conditions listed above.
Refund Timing
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
